Found Bag

Dear Resident,

Fairwater Neighbourhood Policing Team have found and recovered a bag whilst on patrol this week and would like to try and reunite it with its owner.

The contents of the bag would be used for a very specific profession. We won't disclose which profession, to ensure the person claiming it is the genuine loser of the bag. It is a large, black handbag style bag with medium to long length straps and made from quite hard-wearing material that almost feels like rubber.
